I would like to take this time as CEO to wish each and every one of our Unity team members, Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year for 2013. Our great success in 2012 would not have been possible without the dedication and efforts of all of our employees. I challenge everyone to another successful year for 2013. We have a solid Global foundation and have set up new areas of operations in 2012, we now need to focus on growth for our new AORs, this means, new jobs and promotion opportunities for our existing staff. We have implemented and utilized an improved employee recognition, bonus and promotion structure this past year that many employees have benefited from and with more opportunities to come in 2013 for our stand out performers. We appreciate our workforce and take pride in long term employment, advancement amongst our ranks and on the job training programs.
Utilizing our past performance record from Kuwait, Iraq, Pakistan and Afghanistan along with incorporating our existing business model for Unity LSS, we have submitted and are being considered for major new contract awards in areas such as South East Asia, Africa and expanding locations in the Middle East. The future is very bright and promising for Unity, which means our employees will experience new opportunities and be able to watch our growth as we expand on these new ventures.
