EMT - Sr. Paramedic

Network Infrastructure technician

Qualification:
- An Associate’s Degree from an accredited institution in an IT related field, or a minimum of four (4) years of general IT experience.
- Shall have a minimum of three (3) years of additional experience with network infrastructure and shall have CISCO Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
- Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in commercial wiring, to include copper, fiber, and coax. The Network Infrastructure Technician must know how to pull, terminate, and patch said cabling. This will include both inside and outside types of cable.
- Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in direct burial cable and manhole and ducting systems, as well as having a working knowledge of Installation, Information, Infrastructure Modernization Program (13MP) standards.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the functions listed below:
- The Network Infrastructure Technician shall be the SME for installation and simple designating of any and all commercial or tactical communications as prioritized by the authorities.
- The Network Infrastructure Technician shall work with the Projects Officers, or any designee of the department while installing or doing simple designing of commercial and/or tactical communications. This support includes but is not limited to participation in planning and execution of immediate and long-term projects, network expansion and integration with other networks throughout the organization.
- The Network Infrastructure Technician shall support the installation and maintenance of wiring, including, but not limited to copper (network and telephony), coax cabling and fiber optic cabling inside of the buildings and outside wiring plant.
- The Network Infrastructure Technician shall make all additions, moves, and changes for SIPR, NIPR, CENTRIXS, all associated voice and other communication related wiring deemed necessary. For some of this work the Network Infrastructure Technician shall be required to work and/or coordinate with other military and civilian Agencies or groups to contribute to the successful completion of larger tasks.
CCTV Technicians
Job Location: Bagram, Afghanistan

- Must have a minimum of three (3) years additional experience in the IT field.
- Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience with IPTV systems, preferably Bosch Security Systems, including equipment such as conditional access (security) and digital video servers.
- Must have a minimum of two (2) years of hands-on integration, testing, or deployment experience with digital video systems and debugging and resolving equipment and software issues.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the functions listed below:
- The CCTV Technician maintains systems for the local installation commander. This includes systems designated to provide force protection for Government RESTRICTED or CONTROLLED areas or areas which are deemed sensitive and contains monitoring equipment designed to improve force, security, or protective measures. Examples are the CCTV systems complementing Point Security Intrusion Detection Systems (JSIDS) security alarm and detection systems, perimeter security CCTV systems, finance offices, and TIF’s.
- The CCTV Technician shall maintain IP based or hard-wired camera equipment, associated cabling providing CCTV viewing and recording formats; provide camera maintenance, video recording maintenance (VCR), digital video recording (DVR) maintenance, television monitor maintenance and control room (monitoring area) maintenance, maintenance of any and all microphones associated with the CCTV systems will also be maintained. Control room maintenance is specifically limited to CCTV equipment to enable operator monitoring of the CCTV system.
C4 Support Specialist

- Must be able to verify through experience or documentation that he or she possess the technical expertise in systems architecture and network design to participate in and lead the design and implementation of technology projects as directed.

- The C4 Support Specialist must have verifiable working knowledge of IP communication and troubleshooting. Knowledge for providing services for the infrastructure is considered part of the daily routine. Positive interpersonal skills that will enable his or her ability to work in a team environment as well as a working knowledge and understanding of the overall mission is required for the success of the C4 Support Specialist.
- The C4 Support Specialist must have documented experience in IP network routing, switching, security, and telephony and be capable of applying those skills set to newly fielded systems.

- The C4 Support Specialist must be capable of providing clear and concise communications to high ranking military leadership in potentially stressful conditions, all while maintaining a professional demeanor. The C4 Support Specialist may be required to attend regular local meetings to keep all interested parties appraised of the network and communications/data systems changes, improvements, and project progress as is deemed necessary.

NEC Electrical Technician

Certified Generator Mechanics
Job Location: Afghanistan
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the functions listed below:
- Inspect and test equipment in order to locate damage or worn parts and diagnose malfunctions, or read work orders or schematic drawings to determine required repairs.
- Repair and rebuild defective mechanical parts in electric motors, generators, and related equipment, using hand tools and power tools.
- Scrape and clean units or parts, using cleaning solvents and equipment such as buffing wheels.
- Inspect electrical connections, wiring, relays, charging resistance boxes, and storage batteries, following wiring diagrams.
- Reassemble repaired electric motors to specified requirements and ratings, using hand tools and electrical meters.
Heavy Equipment Operator
Job Location: Afghanistan
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the functions listed below:
- Operate heavy, motorized equipment used in earth moving operations, including, but not limited to, tankers, dozers scraper, loaders, mobile compost mixers, compost turner, 18 wheel tractor-trailers, crane, excavator, grader etc. and other equipment to support a variety of operations at Water Authority facilities.
- May build level and excavate land surfaces using graders and other construction equipment.
- Gather and load dirt and waste products from job sites onto trucks. Transport to appropriate location.
- Operate water tanker and similar equipment for dust control and dirt compaction.
